RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST

Return Policy:  Purchases may be returned within 30 days.  Unless posted with the item on our web site “No Return On this Item”.   No returns after 30 days from purchase.  ALL returned orders are assessed a 10% return fee unless restocking charges are listed with the item on our website.  Item(s) MUST be returned in their original shipped condition and include all related parts, factory packaging and instructions.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Items returned incomplete are subject to additional fees to replace or repack components (IE: batteries, visor clips, instructions, etc.).  Items returned damaged, used, or non re-sellable are not refunded.  All returns must have an RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package.  Returns are not accepted without a return number.  A copy of your sale receipt should be included with your return.  Complete and submit our on-line form to request a Return Authorization Number.
